Penny’s Bean Salad

Serves two.

  • 1 x tin baked beans
  • 1 x 4 bean mix (rinsed)
  • third of a cup – olive oil
  • third of a cup – white vinegar
  • 2 table spoons – dried basil leaves
  • 1 x diced green capsicum (green pepper)

Mix together.
