- ½ cup extra firm tofu
- ¼ cup bean sprouts
- ½ cup cauliflower,
- 1/4 cup snow peas
- ¼ cup water for stir frying
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp curry powder
- 2tsp hemp oil
- 1/2c brown rice or soaked quinoa
- Coconut oil
Stir-fry vegetables and tofu in coconut oil. Add the cumin, curry powder and hemp oil. Serve over brown rice or quinoa. Yummy!
