This is a simple, delicious, light recipe, and doesn’t take very long to make.

Ingredients for chick pea and petis pois filling
- 2/3 tablespoon of Olive oil
- 1 tin of chick peas
- 1 small bowl of Petit Pois (or any peas you might have available)
- Tabasco Sauce
- Soy Sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 halves of brown Pitta bread
How to make chick pea and petit pois filling
- Put the olive oil in a pan
- Add the chick peas
- Add the Petis Pois
- Add Tabasco Sauce and Soy Sauce to taste
- Mix
- Add salt and pepper to taste
The pitta bread
- Put half a pitta bread in the toaster – it will be nice and warm which makes it easier to split it and fill it
- Add the filling and serve
